No items of clothing, blankets or lined are to be allowed to hang in or over balcony balustrades.

Bicycles are not to be left on balconies.

Watering plants or cleaning your balcony with excess water may cause inconvenience to residents below you.

Importantly cigarette butts or other items must not be thrown or disposed of from your balcony. There is a real danger of injury to those below.
